The UH-1N was traveling 10 miles northwest of Manassas on a plan education mission at an altitude of 1,000 ft when the incident happened. It landed safely at Manassas Regional Airport west of Washington, DC, and the pilot was taken to healthcare facility wherever they had been addressed and unveiled, the formal stated.
